This spreadsheet creates high-level project Gantt chart based on an estimated resource load by resource type. It replaces a heavy-handed tool like Microsoft Project especially when used during the sales process and specific, named resources are not yet known.
The data currently shown in this template is based on the Implementation of Microsoft D365 (both CE and F&O). It includes all the high-level steps to deploy complete D365 functionality, including the development of a mobile application.
